Ludo Expression : Learn French in the south of France, in Carcassonne

We’re a small school with one or two teachers (depending on demand), which allows us to adopt a personal and tailored approach with our students.

Our teaching takes place in very small groups (the average size is four and the maximum is six), and in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. This allows us to:

• give each student time to talk and apply their new French, and the chance to participate as much as possible.
• ensure that students feel relaxed and quickly build self-confidence in the subject, as this is critical to learning.
• adapt quickly and effectively to the specific needs of each student.

Our students are mostly adults ranging in age from 25 to 75, with an average age of around 45-50. We cater to students, graduates, mature students and retirees alike, and find they all have one thing in common: they are motivated and love to learn. Thoughtfulness, confidence and good humour are at the heart of our teaching.

We favour the development of everyday French, with a focus on oral expression and comprehension. This is supported with a progressive foundation of grammar, and we employ a variety of teaching methods to ensure our students will be able to use their language skills in a range of environments. Our activities include structured speaking, traditional grammar exercises on the whiteboard (some things were built to last!), role plays, use of recorded exercises and video, and even homework for those who want more!

We offer various types of course:

1. Semi intensive (15 hours per week, group lessons)
2. Intensive (25 hours per week, a mixture of group lessons and one to one)
3. Telephone or Skype courses
4. Private courses (various offers available)
5. Part time courses (two hours per week)

Package 1 : Half-day courses(15 hours per week) 4 lessons of 45 minutes per day (from 9:00am to 12:15pm including a 15 minute break) for a total of 15 hours per week. All levels. For a minimum group of 3 people and maximum of 6. Duration : from 1 to 4 weeks. Registration fee : 39 Euros. Package 2 : Intensive courses (25 hours per week) 4 lessons of 45 minutes per day (see package 1) + 2 hours per day of one-to-one lessons (in the afternoon) for a total of 25 hours per week. All levels. For a minimum group of 3 people and maximum of 6. Duration : from 1 to 4 weeks. Registration fee : 39 Euros. Package 3 : Telephone lessons via Skype   30 minutes of conversation. A written report highlighting the vocabulary and grammar covered during the conversation sent by email. Elementary level to Advanced level. This course consists of a minimum of six 30 minute sessions. Price: 120 Euros. No registration fee.
Package 4 : Private courses One-to-one lessons : 39 Euros/hours. 30 hours package : 1 116 Euros (37,20 euros/hour). For 2 people at a time : 24 Euros per person per hour. Lessons last 55 minutes.
	Package 5 : Part time courses 2 hours per week. Elementary level to Advanced level. For a minimum group of 3 people and maximum of 10. Duration: 20 weeks from 04/01/21 to 25/06/21 for a total of 40 hours. Price: 360 Euros.
